Radio Bravo — Terms of Service
Station: Ithaca Ventures LTD · Last updated: 18 July 2026.
These Terms govern your use of the Radio Bravo application ("the App"), operated by Ithaca Ventures LTD ("we," "us"), a company registered in England & Wales that incubates Radio Bravo. By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
What Radio Bravo is
Radio Bravo is a zero-custody, end-to-end encrypted messenger. We run no message server and cannot read, recover, or produce your transmissions, which are sealed on your device, stored in your own Apple iCloud account, and set to self-destruct on a timer you choose.
Operator conduct
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You sign in with Apple and are responsible for your station, your account, and your device.
- Do not use the App to break the law, harm or harass others, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the services it relies on.
We cannot see message content, so we do not and cannot monitor traffic. Responsibility for what you transmit rests with you.
Your content
You keep every right to what you send; we claim no ownership and have no access to it. Radio Bravo is not a backup station — we cannot recover messages that have swept, been deleted, or been lost.
Your records are yours to keep
Radio Bravo is built to forget. Messages self-destruct on the timer you set, and we keep no copy. You are solely responsible for meeting any record-keeping, retention, disclosure, litigation-hold, or other legal or regulatory obligation that applies to you or your organisation, including preserving any message you are required to keep. The App's self-destruct and no-custody design does not relieve you of those duties, and we are not responsible for your compliance with them.
Other stations on the net
The App depends on Apple (sign-in and iCloud) and standard app-distribution services, each governed by its own terms. Their availability is outside our control, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
Honest signal — what no software can do
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by law. No software can stop someone who can already see a message from capturing it — including by photographing the screen with another device. We make no promise that a transmission cannot be captured.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the capture of a message by a recipient or third party, for messages lost to the self-destruct timer or to storage issues, or for your choice of who to message. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
App Store and Apple
Radio Bravo is issued through Apple's App Store, and a few terms are required for that channel:
- These Terms are between you and Ithaca Ventures LTD only — not Apple. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Your licence is a personal, non-transferable licence to run the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Ithaca Ventures LTD, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and for any maintenance and support — Apple has no obligation to furnish either.
- Ithaca Ventures LTD, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar law.
- In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that party's intellectual-property rights, Ithaca Ventures LTD, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement (for example, your wireless data-service terms) when using the App.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
General — the fine print that holds it together
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the App and replace any earlier understanding.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, that is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over the App, without reducing your rights.
Changes to this frequency
We may update these Terms as the App develops. Where a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice (in the App or by other appropriate means) before it takes effect; your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it. Raise us: Ithaca Ventures LTD, legal@radiobravo.io.
